Solid oak 4 fin coat rack with dark wood stringer.  Oak fin hooks are glued and screwed from the back for extra strength.  Fix it to a wall or back of a door, I havent supplied screws as each situation will be different but the holes are counter sunk to allow flush fitting with standard screws.
